Acted in Australia and USA from 1890s for William Anderson and Fred Niblo. Also in silent films including For the Term of His Natural Life (1927).

American actor. Born 13 January 1861, New York City, New York, USA. Son of Henry G Clarke. Married Margaret Dale Owen (actress). Died 3 March 1923, Los Angeles, California, USA.

Celebrated baseball play who became an amateur actor and then toured throughout USA and Australia with his own company.
